UCSD License. The License Agreement, effective as of June 6, 2004, between EGB Advisors, LLC (a predecessor of Urigen) and UCSD, including the License Agreement entered into on January 18, 2006 between Urigen and UCSD terminating and restating the aforementioned agreement and any amendments or restatements thereto as of the Effective Date.
