UG Compounds

UG Compounds. Means all Patent Rights and Know-How which are conceived or reduced to practice or otherwise developed by or on behalf of UG during 5 CONFIDENTIAL and in the performance of the Collaboration, covering compounds identified and developed by UG, which are not selected by the JRC as Lead Compounds.
