Example Definitions of "Ultimate Equity Owner"
Ultimate Equity Owner. Shall mean each of Strategic Hotel Funding, L.L.C. and Walton Acquisition REOC Master VI, L.L.C. Any reference in the Loan Agreement to the "Ultimate Equity Owners" shall mean either "Ultimate Equity Owner."
