Unacceptable Premises

Unacceptable Premises. Those Properties, if any, which are unacceptable to Buyer in Buyer's sole and absolute discretion, based on Buyer's review of the property level Due Diligence Materials during the Inspection Period or because of a material change in the condition of the Property between the Effective Date and the Closing Date. Unacceptable Properties shall be replaced with Substitute Properties
