UNAFFILIATED THIRD PARTY

UNAFFILIATED THIRD PARTY. Means any individual, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust, joint venture, or other entity that is not directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, in control of, controlled by, or under common control with, API or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The term, Unaffiliated Third Party, shall include without limitation all Qualified Equity Owners.
