UNAFFILIATED TRUSTEE
UNAFFILIATED TRUSTEE. Means a Trustee who, in his individual capacity, (i) is not an Affiliate of the Adviser, (ii) does not own any interest in the Adviser, and (iii) does not perform any other services for the Trust except as Trustee.
