Unanimous Amount

Example Definitions of "Unanimous Amount"
Unanimous Amount. Means that so long as Delafield and Dominion are the only Secured Parties, the written consent of Delafield and Dominion until such time, if ever, as the Debtors have no Obligations to Delafield and Dominion. In the event that Delafield and Dominion are no longer the only Secured Parties, then this definition shall no long apply and all matters requiring approval of the Secured Parties shall be made by the Secured Parties holding a Majority in Interest.
