Unaudited Financial Statements. ‘Unaudited Financial Statements' means (a) the unaudited pro forma Consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries as of September 30, 2007 after giving effect to the Closing Transactions, and the related pro forma Consolidated statements of operations for the year ended December 31, 2006 and for the nine months ended September 30, 2007 and (b) the unaudited Consolidated balance sheet of the predecessor to the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries as of...
