Unauthorized Advertising. Means federal advertising (including social advertising on a charge basis) broadcast by the Principal in the Network Program Block at its own discretion without obtaining the Agent's prior written consent. Unauthorized advertising shall not include: a) advertising bumpers of the Principal broadcast at the beginning and at the end of advertising blocks, that do not contain advertisements of third parties
