UNC Patents

UNC Patents. To the extent Controlled by Novan: (a) the Patents in Appendix A; (b) any other Patents licensed by UNC to Novan under the UNC Agreement after the Effective Date, including in accordance with Section 2.5 of this Agreement ("Additional UNC Patents"); and (c) any Patents claiming priority from the foregoing Patents. The Parties will promptly update Appendix B in writing to reflect any additional Patents that become licensed by UNC to Novan under the UNC Agreement after the Effective Date.
