Uncured Breach

Example Definitions of "Uncured Breach"
Uncured Breach. Means an unexcused breach of any material representation, warranty or covenant contained in this Agreement, in any material respect, following written notice reasonably specifying the breach and the demanded manner of cure, if and when the breach has continued without cure for a period of five (5) days after the notice of breach.
Uncured Breach. Means an unexcused breach of any material representation, warranty or covenant contained in this Agreement, in any material respect, following written notice reasonably specifying the breach and the demanded manner of cure, if and when the breach has continued without cure for a period of five (5) thirty (30) days after the notice of breach.
