Underlying Agreement

Example Definitions of "Underlying Agreement"
Underlying Agreement. Means any agreement, conveyance or instrument to which any of the Properties are subject and that contain unperformed, ongoing or surviving obligations or liabilities of any party.
Underlying Agreement. Singularly each of and "Underlying Agreements" means collectively any agreements, conveyances and instruments of mining claims, mineral rights or other property interests and rights entered into or acquired by the parties in accordance with or subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Underlying Agreement. With respect to any Security, the limited liability company agreement, subscription agreement or other document or documents evidencing the Company's investment in the related issuer.
