Underlying Securities. Any Common Stock or Other Securities issued or issuable upon exercise of Warrants

Underlying Securities. That portion of the stock, options, warrants, debt, or other security (or combination thereof) of another corporation or partnership which has been purchased by a Hedging Entity, or if applicable Affiliated Entity, and which is represented by Corresponding Securities.
