Undersubscription Amount

Undersubscription Amount. With respect to the University or Centene, any additional portion of the Company Equity Securities attributable to the Basic Amount of such other party as the University or Centene indicates it will purchase or acquire should such other party subscribe for less than its Basic Amount.

Undersubscription Amount. Means for purposes of Section 9(a), and with respect to a particular Investor having preemptive rights under such Section, any additional portion of the Offered Securities attributable to the Basic Amounts of other Investors having preemptive rights under such Section as such Investor indicates it will purchase or acquire should the other Investors subscribe for less than their Basic Amounts.

Undersubscription Amount. Means, with respect to a Qualified Person, any additional portion of the Offered Securities attributable to the Basic Amounts of other Qualified Persons as such Qualified Person indicates it will purchase or acquire should the other Qualified Persons subscribe for less than their Basic Amounts.
