Underwriting Agreement

Underwriting Agreement. The underwriting agreement, dated June 18, 2014 by and among the Partnership and the underwriters named in Exhibit A thereto, with respect to the issuance and sale by the Partnership of 8,000,000 Common Units to such underwriters and with respect to the grant by the Partnership to such underwriters of the option to purchase all or any part of 1,200,000 additional Common Units
