UNDERWRITTEN DEMAND NUMBER. Shall equal one (1), unless and until the Purchaser earns Incentive Warrants covering at least 250,000 shares of Common Stock (as adjusted for stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, reorganizations, reclassifications and other similar events), at which time the Underwritten Demand Number shall equal two (2).
