Example Definitions of "Underwritten Registration"
Underwritten Registration. Or "UNDERWRITTEN OFFERING" means a registration in which securities of the Company (including Registrable Securities) are sold to an underwriter for reoffering to the public.
Underwritten Registration. Or "Underwritten Offering" shall mean a Registration in which securities of the Company are sold to an Underwriter in a firm commitment underwriting for distribution to the public.
Underwritten Registration. Or "underwritten offering" means an offering in which securities of the Company are sold to one or more underwriter (as defined in Section 2(a)(11) of the Securities Act) for resale to the public.
