Example Definitions of "Underwritten Registration"
Underwritten Registration. A registration in which Debentures of the Company are sold to an underwriter for reoffering to the public.
Underwritten Registration. Shall mean a registration in which Registrable Securities are sold to an Underwriter for reoffering to the public
Underwritten Registration. A registration in which Notes of the Company are sold to an underwriter for reoffering to the public.
