Unforeseeable Emergency. Unforeseeable Emergency. Means An Unforeseeable Emergency shall mean a severe financial hardship to the Participant resulting from (1) a sudden and unexpected illness or accident of the Participant 2 or of a dependent (as described in Section 152(a) of the Code) of a Participant, Participant (2) the loss of the Participant's property due to casualty casualty, or (3) other similar extraordinary and unforeseeable circumstances arising as a result of events beyond the control of the Participant.
