Uniform Commercial Code Jurisdiction. Any jurisdiction that has adopted "Revised Article 9" of the UCC on or after July 1, 2001. All other capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Credit Agreement or in Annex A thereto. All other undefined terms contained in this Agreement, unless the context indicates otherwise, have the meanings provided for by the UCC to the extent the same are used or defined therein.
