Union Bank Entities

Union Bank Entities. Means Union Bank and its Affiliates and its or their predecessors, properly licensed successors (subject to Section 6 (Change in Control / Acquisitions)) and permitted assigns (subject to Section 9.1 (Assignment)). For the avoidance of doubt, the Union Bank Entities include, but are not necessarily limited to, the Entities listed on Exhibit A to this Agreement, all of which Union Bank represents fall within the definition of "Union Bank" or "Affiliates," as defined in this Agreement.
