Unique Bits

Unique Bits. Shall mean the four (4) versions of the Bit that Spectra will develop for the Licensee pursuant to Section 4.2(b) and in respect of which the Licensee will have unrestricted worldwide exclusive rights. Specifications regarding the Unique Bits are set forth on Schedule 1.1.23, attached hereto.
