Example Definitions of "Unit Offering"
Unit Offering. Means a public offering of a combination of debt and equity securities of the Company in which not more than 20% of the gross proceeds received for the sale of such securities is attributed to such equity securities.
Unit Offering. Means a public offering of a combination of newly issued debt and equity securities of the Company in which not more than 20% of the gross proceeds received for from the sale of such securities is attributed to such equity securities.

Unit Offering. Means an underwritten public offering of a combination of debt securities and Common Stock (or warrants or exchange rights to purchase Common Stock) of the Company in which not more than 15% of the gross proceeds received for the sale of such securities is attributed to Common Stock.
Unit Offering. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
