Unit Value

Unit Value. Shall mean, as of any date of determination, the Adjusted Grant Amount multiplied by the Fair Market Value.

Unit Value. Unit Value. With respect to a Unit as of any given date ("Valuation Date"), the Fair Market Value of a Share as of the Valuation Date

Unit Value. At any time, the value of each Phantom Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Common Unit on such date.

Unit Value. Or Period Unit Value means the averages of the Unit Value Amounts per Performance Unit earned with respect to a performance period as specified in Section 3.
