United States Trademarks

United States Trademarks. Shall mean the entire right, title and interest in and to the common law trademarks, common law service marks, pending United States Trademark Applications, pending United States Service Mark Applications, foreign trademarks, foreign service marks and any pending foreign Service Mark/Trademark Applications set forth on schedule entitled "TRADEMARK/SERVICEMARK RIGHTS" identified as Exhibit B and attached hereto (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Trademark Rights").
