Example Definitions of "Unitholder"
Unitholder. Means any owner of one or more Units as reflected on the Company's books and records.
Unitholder. Means a Member or Assignee who holds an Economic Interest in Class A Units, Class B Units, Class C Units, Class D Units or Class E Units.
