Unlicensed Medicine. Any medicinal product that may be supplied under Applicable Laws without having received a Marketing Authorisation from the applicable Relevant Regulatory Authority (including, but not limited to, any unlicensed ‘specials' that may be supplied in the United Kingdom under Applicable Law and/or a product that can be supplied pursuant to an ‘orphan drug' or similar designation from a Relevant Regulatory Authority prior to receiving a Marketing Authorisation )
