Unpaid Other Service Compensation

Unpaid Other Service Compensation. Any amount or amounts (i) payable to AAM pursuant to any Other Service Agreement or (ii) which would have been payable to AAM if an Other Service Agreement had been entered into between AAM and the applicable Subsidiary, in each case, where such Subsidiary cannot pay or has not paid, for any reason, such amount or amounts on its own behalf.
