Unresolved Claims
Unresolved Claims. Means all Claims asserted against an Ample Shareholder pursuant to the delivery of a Claim Notice in accordance with this Agreement and the Arrangement Agreement prior to the Final Release Date and that are not resolved as of the Final Release Date.
