Unrestricted DeIdentified Record. Means a De-Identified Record that Client may distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to and its interest in to a third-party, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Capitalized terms that are used but not defined below have the meanings assigned in the JV Agreement.
