Unrestricted Subsidiary Loan. Unrestricted Subsidiary Assignment Agreement' means, with respect to any assignment to the Unrestricted Subsidiary pursuant to this Agreement, an Unrestricted Subsidiary Assignment and Assumption Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit S attached hereto.
