Unsatisfactory Performance

Example Definitions of "Unsatisfactory Performance"
Unsatisfactory Performance. Means a Stockholder's failure to perform Stockholder's duties to the standards set by the Board of Directors (such determination to be made in the good faith by the Board of Directors); PROVIDED, that Stockholder has been given notice and 30 days from such notice fails to cure such unsatisfactory performance.
Unsatisfactory Performance. Means a Participant's failure to perform his or her duties to the standards set by the Board of Directors (such determination to be made in the good faith by the Company's Board of Directors); provided, that such Participant has been given notice and 30 days from such notice fails to cure such unsatisfactory performance. Whether such unsatisfactory performance can be cured shall be determined by the Company's Board of Directors in its sole discretion.
Unsatisfactory Performance. Shall mean the failure of Employee to perform satisfactorily Employee's duties with the Company as determined by the Company.
