Unutilized Applications

Unutilized Applications. Means Unrelated Applications (defined below) of Technologies assigned to the Company hereunder that have not been commercialized, provided that no application of such technologies in connection with solar thermal energy production or storage shall be deemed to constitute an Unutilized Application.
