Example Definitions of "Unvested Unit"
Unvested Unit. Means any Class D Unit (including any Performance Vested Base Unit) that has not become fully vested pursuant to Section 4 hereof and remains subject to the Restrictions. For the avoidance of doubt, as of the completion of the Performance Period or Truncated Performance Period (as applicable), no Class D Unit that then constitutes a Distribution Equivalent Unit shall be an Unvested Unit.
