Unwilling Notice

Unwilling Notice. The Unwilling Notice shall set forth the reason the Client or potential Client was unwilling to be referred to eBenX; provided, however, that if such Client or potential Client requests that such reason not be disclosed to eBenX, the Unwilling Notice need not provide any explanation for the Client's or potential Client's unwillingness to be referred to eBenX.
