Means, the matter pending in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, West District (SC09064) against the Company and others by UOS Energy, LLC relating to the Company's refusal to purchase certain tar sands leases in Utah in consideration of 1,000,000 shares of Common Stock.
