Updated Adjustment Notice

Updated Adjustment Notice. Shall mean a written notice prepared by Landlord no more than twice a year adjusting and increasing the Estimated Expense Adjustment and Estimated Tax Adjustment based upon Landlord's determination, made in its sole and absolute discretion, that Taxes and Operating Expenses for the Adjustment Year have increased or will increase.
