Upgrades

Example Definitions of "Upgrades"
Upgrades. Means those enhancements or modifications, additions and updates to the Technology Systems compatible with the unmodified TMCS application made generally available without charge by TMCS to its Network Affiliates. Such Upgrades may or may not include, at TMCS' discretion, additional applications that are built on top of the underlying CIS.
Upgrades. Shall mean the First Upgrade and the Second Upgrade.
Upgrades. Means new releases and versions of the Licensor's Licensed Products that include significant changes to functionality, new functionality, new packaging or a change in the version number to the left of the decimal point.
Upgrades. Means any new releases or new versions of the Enterprise Platform that GMI licenses for an additional fee. Upgrades shall not include software that GMI prices as a product offering separate from the Enterprise Platform.
Upgrades. Means a new revision of the Licensed Software that includes enhancements.
Upgrades. Enhancements to or for the Licensed Materials and may also include any unspecified modification, error correction, or bug fix. Upgrades shall include Defect Corrections added to the Licensed Materials since the previous Upgrade.
Upgrades. Means a release or version of the Lung Nodule CAD Application or R2 Product, as the context requires, that contains new CAD detection improvements including algorithm and performance enhancements, limited to an increase in sensitivity and/or a decrease in marker rate, if any. For example: improvement in the algorithm through reduced false positives. Upgrades do not include new software features or new hardware.
Upgrades. Shall mean new versions or new releases of an Enterprise Product or Tools, which may include Enhancements, and which are generally distributed to Enterprise's clients for no additional license fee. Upgrades do not include new versions and new releases of an Enterprise Product or Tools that are either (i) marketed as a new product which may contain new features and functionality, or (ii) contain a substantially new Source Code base.
Upgrades. Means any new major release of the LMF Software containing new features, new functions, and/or major modifications or enhancements.
