Upromise Dining Program

Upromise Dining Program. Means that portion of the Upromise Service that enables Upromise Members to earn rebates and other cash awards on purchases and transactions with restaurants that participate directly or indirectly in the Upromise Service, excluding Upromise's quick serve restaurant Commerce Partner at such time.
