US Credit Facility. The loans and letter of credit accommodations now or hereafter made by or on behalf of, or provided by or on behalf of, any US Lender to or for the benefit of any US Borrower on a revolving basis pursuant to Sections 2.1(a) and 2.2(a) of the Loan Agreement.
