US Government Obligations

US Government Obligations. Shall mean direct obligations (or --------------------------- certificates representing an ownership interest in such obligations) of the United States of America (including any agency or instrumentality thereof) for the payment of which the full faith and credit of the United States of America is pledged and which are not callable at the issuer's option.
