US Muni Risk. Shall mean (i) municipal bonds and utility first mortgage obligations, as defined in Sections 6901(o) and 6901(s) of the New York Insurance Law, respectively, (ii) obligations issued or backed by investor owned utilities, healthcare institutions, private universities, electric cooperatives and not-for-profit organizations, and (iii) any other obligation issued by or on behalf of, or guaranteed or payable by, the United States, any state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin...
