US Program

US Program. Shall mean the component of the Plan intended to provide Employees of the Company and its Designated Subsidiaries who are subject to United States income tax with the opportunity to purchase Common Stock through accumulated payroll deductions or other approved contributions. This component of the Plan is intended to qualify for special tax treatment under Code Section 423(b).
