Use

Use. Of any Trademark shall include all uses of such Trademark by, for or in connection with the Borrower or its business or for the direct or indirect benefit of the Borrower or its business, including but not limited to all such uses by the Borrower itself, by any of the affiliates of the Borrower, or by any licensee or contractor of the Borrower.

Use. Means use, copy, distribute, create derivative works from, modify, display, perform, transmit, make, sublicense, offer to sublicense, import, maintain, and improve.

Use. With respect to the Licensed Technology, means make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell, import, practice or otherwise dispose of Enhanced Coal.

Use. Means to activate the processing capabilities of the Software, load, execute, access, employ the Software, or display [ *14 ] information resulting from such capabilities.

Use. Means to access, install, download, copy or otherwise benefit from the functionality of the Licensed Software in accordance with the Documentation.

Use. Services

Use. Shall include, but not be limited to, marketing, developing, manufacturing, reproducing, distributing, selling, offering to sell, importing, exporting, and otherwise dealing in commerce or any act which may otherwise be considered an act of patent infringement under 35 U.S.C. § 271. The parties further agree that "Use" shall be construed and interpreted as broadly as possible for purposes of Licensee's exploitation of the Licensed Intellectual Property Rights.

Use. Of any gender includes the other genders

Use. Of Software means executing, accessing or displaying the Software solely for purposes of obtaining and/or maintaining an Account or other such credit product offered by Licensee in accordance with the Documentation and in compliance with applicable law.
