USFG Limited Guarantee

USFG Limited Guarantee. Shall mean the Limited Guarantee in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, pursuant to which USFG shall unconditionally guaranty to Lender the due and punctual payment of a portion of the Obligations owing by Borrowers to Lender as further described in the USFG Limited Guarantee.
