Vacation Time

Vacation Time. Hicks' entitlement not to provide the Consulting Services for up to 20 business days in each calendar year and does not include weekends or statutory holidays. The Contractor will notify the Company at the beginning of each calendar of this Agreement with respect to the scheduled Vacation Time for the year.
