Validation or Validate or Validated. Shall mean the program mutually agreed to by the Parties by which documented evidence provides a high degree of assurance that the Process, Bexxar Equipment and Facility meet applicable regulatory requirements for validation and will consistently produce Labeled Drug that meets Specifications and quality attributes as mutually agreed by the Parties and the Process is effective and reproducible.
