Valuation Consultant. Shall mean either Sizemore & Sizemore of Tallassee, Alabama or Larson & McGowin of Mobile, Alabama, or if such firms are no longer in existence, another reputable, professionally qualified Person meeting all of the following criteria. Valuation Consultant. To determine the Market Value, and the Company shall use its reasonable best efforts to cause the Valuation Consultant to complete the valuation within 15 days.
