Example Definitions of "Variable Rate"
Variable Rate. Means, for any day, the higher of (i) Federal Funds Rate for such day plus 1/2 of 1% and (ii) the Prime Rate.
Variable Rate. Means, for any day, the higher of (i) Federal Funds Rate for such day plus 1/2 of 1% 1.00% and (ii) the Prime Rate.
Variable Rate. Means, for any day, the higher of (i) Federal Funds Rate for such day plus 1/2 of 1% 1.40% and (ii) the Prime Rate.

Variable Rate. Means a floating per annum rate of interest equal to the Prime Rate.
Variable Rate. Means a per annum rate equal at all times to the greater of (a) Prime Rate and (b) Adjusted Federal Funds Rate. Changes in the Variable Rate shall be effective simultaneously with any change in the Prime Rate or Federal Funds Rate, as applicable.
Variable Rate.
