Vendor Affiliate

Vendor Affiliate. Any entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with Vendor whether by ownership or control of voting securities, by contract or otherwise, director, manager or executive officer of such entity. Vendor Affiliates shall include, without limitation, the following entities: Virtusa UK Limited, Virtusa (India) Private Limited and Virtusa (Sri Lanka) Private Limited. Vendor may update this list on written notice to Customer
