Vendor Financing Agreements means the vendor financing agreements or similar credit agreements between Maker and/or its subsidiaries, on the one hand, and any of Lucent 2 Technologies, Inc., Nortel Networks, Inc. and Ericsson Wireless Communications, Inc. or their respective successors and assigns, on the other hand.
